I do not need to pick apart every part of my life and defend myself. I know what I have been through, I know myself better than you.
I know that I enjoy running and cycling.
I know that I enjoy vegetables and that my diet is better than most.
I know that I have endured eating disorders and have seen my weight go up and down over 75 pounds in the last 5 years.
